I want to create a supportive and collaborative relationship with my interns. I believe in keeping healthy boundaries while still being approachable and encouraging. My goal is to provide honest and constructive feedback in a way that helps interns feel both supported and challenged. I enjoy working together on goal setting and celebrating progress as they continue to grow into confident, skilled clinicians.
